Common questions

I’m having trouble signing in.

Use the same method you used to create your account: email and password, Apple, or Google. For an email/password account, use the password-reset option on the sign-in screen and check your inbox and spam folder.

My dog, Book, or walks aren’t showing.

Check your internet connection and confirm you’re signed in to the correct account. Close and reopen Zoomy. If information is still missing, contact support and tell us which dog or items you expected to see.

How do I manage location permissions?

Open your iPhone’s Settings, select Zoomy, and review Location permissions. Walk tracking needs location access. Background location keeps an active walk recording while your phone is locked. Weather and nearby discovery may be unavailable if location access is denied.

How do I report or block an account?

Open a pup’s social profile and tap the more (⋯) button, or press and hold a pup’s card in Discover or Your Pack. Choose Report or Block. You can review and unblock accounts under your profile’s Privacy & Safety screen.

For concerns you cannot report in the app, email support with enough detail to identify the content.

How do I delete my account?

Open your profile from the Home screen, choose Account Details, then Delete Account. Follow the confirmation and identity-verification steps. Deleting the app alone does not delete your account.

If you cannot access your account, email dev@tdp-labs.com to request help with deletion. We may need to verify account ownership. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.

How do I ask about my personal data?

Email dev@tdp-labs.com with your privacy question or access, correction, or deletion request. Our Privacy Policy explains the information Zoomy uses and your choices.
